Practice Live Each Week

Start your week with a complete guided Tai Chi and Qigong practice.

Each session uses gentle movement, breathing, relaxation, and mindful attention to help you feel calmer, more mobile, more balanced, and more connected to your body.

Practice seated or standing.

Make the movements smaller, slower, or more restful whenever needed.

Attend Live or Use the Replay

Unable to attend on Monday morning?

Each live practice is recorded and added to the member area.

Practice at a time that works for you, or return to a favorite session whenever you need it.

Your replay library will continue to grow throughout the year.

Practice in Community

Recorded videos are valuable, but practicing live offers something different: shared presence, encouragement, and the experience of showing up together.

There is nothing to memorize and no pressure to keep up.

Arrive as you are and practice with the group.
